The KCET 2022 counselling timetable said that the choice entry for that test would begin on October 11 at 2 PM and end on October 13 at midnight. Previously, the KCET 2022 web options entry period was scheduled to start on October 7. The counselling schedule was altered by KEA, and it was announced that options entry would begin on October 11. A few candidates who did not present a genuine study certificate, a study certificate in Kannada countersigned by the relevant BEO, or other original certificates were also advised by the authority to attend for document verification on October 11 with all required original papers. Additionally, candidates who had not yet confirmed their documents were urged to appear at the document verification on October 11 with all required documentation. Students who are taking the KCET 2022 counselling shared their frustration over the delay on Twitter.
A student tweeted, “Sir pls send the proper timing of the option input link and all the links of the kcet at kea website.,” requesting state education minister C N Ashwathnarayan to check into the situation. Please look into this situation, sir, as we have been waiting since 2:00 and yet nothing has been offered.
Another student shared a meme about waiting for the KCET 2022 option entry link.
A candidate tweeted, “And this schedule will be followed by another round 1 schedule, then another, then another, and so on,” in response to reports that the KCET counselling timetable for 2022 would once again be amended.
Another applicant said, “KEA is losing trust by regularly altering the dates for the #KCET counselling after advertising it.”
