IIM Raipur and Imarticus Learning, an educational organization, have collaborated to introduce an executive certificate program for chief supply chain and operations executives. This 10-month program is available to professionals in this industry.
This program consists of more than 150 hours of face-to-face instruction from faculty at IIM Raipur, a three-day intensive training experience at the IIM Raipur campus, and certification and alumni status from the school. The executive program is designed to give aspiring professionals the skills they need to increase their chances of getting better jobs and promotions.
The course is geared towards individuals who are already involved in the industry and is meant to enhance their leadership abilities in the realms of strategy, operations, and technology. With the supply chain modeling and simulations (SMC Globe), learners will be able to gain practical knowledge in the field, and the three masterclass sessions will ensure that students have a strong foundational understanding.
This programme, created by industry experts and academics, is designed to give students comprehensive knowledge of managerial topics as well as the opportunity to engage with top executives from outside the organization. IIM Raipur and Imarticus Learning’s executive certificate programme facilitates networking and group learning through conversations with experienced professionals.
Anubha Dadhich, chairperson of the executive learning and development office at IIM Raipur, expressed her enthusiasm for the certificate programme, noting that it would be especially useful for those in the supply chain and operations sector. The course seeks to marry theoretical understanding with practical experience, thereby preparing the workforce for the international arena. Dadhich is hopeful that the collaboration with Imarticus Learning will further the goals of the programme, ultimately leading to a pool of well-trained experts.
Nikhil Barshikar, founder and managing director of Imarticus Learning, expressed enthusiasm at their collaboration with IIM Raipur. He noted that the program they launched together would assist those in the supply chain and operations industry to improve their abilities and gain employment and advancement.
