According to a press statement, the Central Seat Allocation Board will begin accepting applications for the CSAB 2022 particular round on October 24. After JoSAA counselling is through, the CSAB 2022 particular round will be held to fill any open seats in the NIT+ system. Candidates can register for CSAB via csab.nic.in if they are pursuing BTech admission to NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs (other than IITs). CSAB will be conducting two special rounds of counselling and only registered candidates will be considered for seat allotment. The counselling process is expected to be completed by November 06, 2022.

To register for CSAB 2022 special round for NIT+ System, candidates will have to follow the below-given steps.
For a special round, all qualified candidates must register online anew through the CSAB portal in accordance with the schedule. For CSAB Special Rounds, earlier registration completed on the JoSAA portal is invalid. Tomorrow, September 20, is the last day to register for the JoSAA 2022 counselling programme. On September 23, the JoSAA 2022 seat allocation for round 1 will be released.
