The Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence will offer free coaching at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) for students in the Scheduled Caste (SC) category (DACE). On August 7, 2022, the university held an admission exam for free coaching for the Union Public Services Commission Civil Services Exam (UPSC CSE).

On April 22, 2022, the Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence opened a centre at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). BHU and DACE intend to provide free coaching for the civil services exams for SC students and provide inclusive opportunities through the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment initiative and the Government of India. Out of the 100 seats available under the programme for the free classes, 33 percent are set aside for qualifying SC female students. The pupils will have access to the internet, a library, and well-kept classrooms. Additionally, the university will offer a curriculum and study guides based on the most recent UPSC civil services exam patterns.

Banaras Hindu University, which is the physical manifestation of Mahamana’s vision, is making a new beginning, according to Controller of Examinations S K Upadhyaya. The centre’s staff has put forth a lot of effort, whether through the administration of entry examinations, the release of results, or counselling. The effort has paid off in terms of the classes starting on time. R. N. Kharwar, the Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence’s coordinator, stated that while BHU had implemented the programme and provided the necessary facilities, the Government of India had initiated the initiative. It was now up to the students to make the most of this chance.
