The MP TET 2024 (Madhya Pradesh Primary School Teacher Eligibility Test) is a state-level exam administered by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Education Board (MPPEB). Schools are chosen through MP TET candidates for the primary school teaching profile at the government.

Lower primary teachers are paid INR 17,700 per month, upper primary teachers are paid INR 22,960 per month, and secondary school teachers are paid INR 25,340 per month for the first year.

Those interested in becoming a Lower Primary Teacher, Upper Primary Teacher, or Secondary School Teacher must pass the MP TET. The MP TET application is completed entirely online. The examination, on the other hand, is pen-and-paper based.

MP TET 2024 Eligibility

To apply for the MP TET, candidates must meet certain eligibility requirements. These prerequisites are as follows:

  • Age Limit: Applicants must be of 21 years or above.
  • Educational Qualification
    • Applicants must have a B. Ed degree with a 50% aggregate score OR must have cleared a 2-year BTC program from a well-recognized university.
    • Applicants must have completed B.Ed or SPL B.Ed from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

MP TET 2024 How to Register?

Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements can apply online for the Madhya Pradesh TET exam. The following is a step-by-step guide to applying for the MP TET online:

Part 1: Getting Registered

  • Go to the MPPEB’s official website (http://peb.mp.gov.in/) for more information.
  • Click ‘Continue’ after checking the declaration box below the ‘Declaration of Candidate’ section.
  • The ‘Profile Registration’ option will be available in a new window. Click ‘YES’ if you have a pre-registered profile ID; otherwise, click ‘NO’.
  • To get an OTP, enter your phone number and email address.
  • Your Profile ID and Password will be sent to the registered mobile number once you enter the OTP.
  • Fill in the required information below the ‘Profile Login’ section and confirm.
  • Following that, you must complete your e-KYC by providing your Aadhar Card Number.
  • Enter your Aadhar Card number and click generate eKYC OTP to complete eKYC via OTP.

Part 2: Filling the Form

  • You will be able to login using the profile ID and password provided to you once you have successfully registered.
  • After that, fill in all of the required personal and educational information.
  • After that, upload a scanned image of your signature as well as a photo of yourself. (Note: the photograph must be 4cm x 5cm in size and no older than three months from the application date.)
  • If you belong to an unreserved category, fill in your category name and number next.
  • After you’ve finished filling out the entire form, double-check all of the information.
  • To submit your application, click the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Take a printout of the application as well for future reference.

Part 3: Application Fee Payment

  • It’s time to pay the fees after you’ve successfully submitted your application form.

MP TET 2024 Admit Card

The MP TET Admit Card is expected to be released one to two weeks prior to the exam. The MP TET 2024 admit card will include information such as the applicant’s name, application number, exam centre, exam time, and date. The following is the procedure for downloading the MP TET admit card:

  • Visit the MPPEB’s official website (http://peb.mp.gov.in/).
  • Select the ‘Admit Card’ option from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ after entering your application/registration number and date of birth.
