MCAER CET PG 2023 Application Form

Every candidate should fill the online MCAER CET PG 2023 application form through the online mode only by visiting the official website.

Before applying for the MCAER exam, the student should know everything mentioned in the application form and they are required to read all those rules and procedure.

  • The online process of MCAER CET Agriculture exam application begins in December month 2022.
  • Every student has to fill the CET Agriculture exam application before the arrival of the last date.
  • First students need to create their login id by providing the valid email address, mobile number and other details.
  • After MCAER exam registration, the confirmation code has sent to the registered email id of a student.
  • Now, candidates are required to login from the official website with that username and password.
  • Fill all the personal details and academic details in the online form for the MCAER CET exam.
  • After filling all those details, he/she should upload the scanned documents of photo and signature in the prescribed format. Moreover, students should upload these documents of Project Affected Person certificate (PAP), Certificate of Agriculture person, Air/Navy/Army wings (NCC B or C) Certificate, Certificate Of NSS Special Camp, Sports certificate and State level competitions certificate.
  • Next, students have to pay the MCAER exam fee using net banking, credit card, NEFT, etc.

MCAER PG CET 2023 Exam Pattern

Applicants seeking to write the MCAER PG CET 2023 examination must have a clear idea of the pattern of the examination. The MCAER PG CET 2023 test will be a pen and paper test, i.e. applicants must shade the response with a black ballpoint pen on an OMR sheet.

  • Applicants must know that for the final selection process, the test carries 70 percent weight and 30 percent weight is given to the undergraduate marks scored.
  • There is 1 mark awarded for each correct answer. For wrong answers, no negative marking is likely to apply. Applicants can therefore give the questions they don’t know an educated or wild guess.

MCAER CET PG 2023 Admit Card

Aspirants can view and download MCAER CET 2023 admit card from the official website of the Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research. Admit card for MCAER CET examination is made available by the Maharashtra Directorate of Technical Education in the month of April. Candidates whose name is in the final list of candidates eligible for MCAER CET examination can only download their Admit Card.

MCAER CET PG 2023 Result

MCAER CET results are declared on the official website of the Agricultural Education and Research Council (MCAER) of Maharashtra. CET results are declared in April and MCAER PG CET results are declared in June / July. Once the results are declared, applicants can view MCAER CET merit list on the official website of MCAER CET.

MCAER CET PG 2023 Counselling

MCAER CET counseling schedule and process for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions is published on the official website of the Common Entrance Test. All candidates whose names are shown in the MCAER merit list must participate in the admission counseling round in colleges that accept MCAER CET scores / ranks.

Candidates are offered seats for admission in the MCAER CET counseling round based on their score in the aspirant’s MCAER entrance exam as well as CGPA.

The rank of an aspirant is determined on the basis of these criteria. Candidates are called to participate in the admission-based counseling process of the ranks / merit list released by the Agricultural Education and Research Council of Maharashtra.

MCAER CET Counselling Round: Important Documents

Aspirants should carry the below documents in original as well as photocopies of the same at the time of their counselling for MCAER admission:

(i) Domicile Certificate/School Leaving Certificate containing place of birth from Maharashtra/birth Certificate issued by the competent authority from Maharashtra.
(ii) Domicile certificate / Residential certificate / Community, Nativity and Date of birth certificate from Other State Candidate.
Mark sheet / Grade Card of qualifying examination.
College/ Institute Leaving/ Transfer Certificate (last attended)/ Bonafide certificate of the college where admission has already been taken.
Caste Certificate issued by competent Authority designated in the State.
Caste Validity Certificate or receipt of submission to Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny committee with undertaking as per mentioned in Appendix ‘C’ for Scheduled Tribe Candidates.
Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued after April 1, 2023 or valid upto the date of submission of application form.
(a) Whether the ‘Certificate of the Freedom Fighter’ issued in favour of parents / Grandparents of the Candidate is issued under the signature of the Hon. Prime Minister / Chief Minister, Maharashtra State.
(b)If yes, whether an Affidavit of the Freedom Fighter and if the Freedom Fighter is not alive then his/her wife/husband on the Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- has been enclosed
(c) If yes, whether the following points have been mentioned in it:
  • The candidate is son/daPGhter of the Freedom Fighter or son/daPGhter of son/daPGhter of the Freedom Fighter.
  • The Freedom Fighter has not used this concession for any relative here before.
  • The Freedom Fighter shall not use the concession for any relative hereafter, if the benefit is availed at this time.
‘Certificate of Defense Personnel (DP)’ issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer/ Discharge Certificate issued by the Officer Commanding the Regiment or Serviceman Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
‘Certificate of Physically Handicapped (PH)’ issued by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent Government hospital/ Medical board.[The percentage of disability shall not be less than 40% in case of candidate seeking reservation for physically handicapped category.]
‘Certificate of Project Affected Person (PAP)’ issued by District Resettlement Officer/ Rehabilitation Officer / OR the competent officer, empowered (with letter of competent officer if empoweredþ) of Government of Maharashtra in the prescribed form that his/her parents’/grand parents’ land has been acquired by the Government for Agricultural University/ Irrigation/ Power/ Defence Project having the name of beneficiary.
‘Certificate of Agriculturist (AG)’ for the year 2016-17 or 2017-18 issued by the Tahsildar/ Naib Tahsildar OR issue in the format available with Tahasildar / Naib Tahasildar showing that the applicant or his/her parents or grand parents (Paternal) is/ are owner or tenant, holds agricultural land and whose main source of income is derived from personal cultivation of land.
‘NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate’ (Air/ Naval/ Army wing) issued by the Commandant (during degree course) during his degree programme.
Certificate of Games / Sports (except intercollegiate level competition) that the applicant has participated in ‘Krida Mahotsav’ Sports Tournaments issued by the Students’ Welfare Officer / Vice Chancellor / competent authority of the organising University.
In case of international Competition, certificate issued by concerned competent authority of Association.
International games competition:(i) Olympic games(ii) Common wealth games(iii) Common wealth youth games(iv) Asian games
Certificate of Debate / Essay / Elocution Competition of State Level Competition issued by the concerned Organization during the degree programme.
NSS Certificate (for atleast 240 hours / special camp) issued by Student’s Welfare Officer or Programme co-ordinator for admission to postgraduate courses.
‘Economical Backward Class (EBC) Certificate’ issued on or after January 1, 2023 issued by the concerned Tahsildar. (This provision is only for the students admitted throPGh centralised admission process in non-grant Colleges.)
‘No objection Certificate’ of current academic year from employer if employed.
Self-Declaration letter in the prescribed format confirming the authenticity of the uploaded original copies.
