MAH B.Ed CET 2023 will be conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. MAH B.Ed is conducted each year for admissions to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) courses offered by the government, the university-managed, and unaided institutes in the state of Maharashtra.

The exam might be administered in several sessions each day, depending on the volume of applications received. Dates for the MAH B.Ed CET 2023 Exam

The application process for MAH B.Ed CET 2024 will start in the month of March. While MAH B.Ed CET will be conducted in June 2024. The result and counselling process will start in the month of July 2024. Candidates interested in pursuing a two-year MAH B.Ed course must apply for MAH B.Ed CET 2024.

MAH B.Ed CET Application Form

The application form process will commence on March 2024. Interested applicants must go through MAH B.Ed CET 2024 eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. Applicants must also read the instruction that will be updated before the application process starts. Applications for MAH B.Ed CET will be invited online only.

Steps to fill the application form for MAH B.Ed CET:

Applicants are required to follow the below-mentioned steps in order to fill the application form for MAH B.Ed CET:

      • Applicants must visit the official website.

      • The applicant is now required to enter personal details such as e-mail id, mobile number and name for the registration.

      • Next, the applicant must log in with the credentials sent via message or E-mail and fill the application form.

      • Now, the applicant is required to upload certain documents such as photograph and signature.

      • The applicant is required to pay the application fee for MAH B.Ed CET online via RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/credit card/internet banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.

      • Finally, download the registration form along with the payment receipt for future reference.

    Application Fee:

    The application fee for MAH B.Ed CET will be Rs. 800/- for General Category candidate while it will be Rs. 600 for the Reserved Category candidates.

    MAH B.Ed CET Eligibility Criteria

    The applicants must go through the MAH B.Ed CET 2024 eligibility criteria before considering the application for the exam. The detailed eligibility criteria for MAH B.Ed CET are given below:

    Nationality: The applicant must be a citizen of India.

    Education Qualification: The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in any of the courses like science and mathematics / social sciences / Humanities / Commerce etc.
    The candidate should have minimum 50% marks if belonging to General category and 45% marks if belonging to the reserved category.
    OR
    The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in subjects like Engineering & Technology, Computer science / law / information technology / agriculture / banking and insurance / medical sciences / fine art / performing art.
    They must have secured a minimum of 55% marks for the General category and 50% marks for the reserved category belonging to the state of Maharashtra.

    English Language Content Test: (ELCT) Candidates desirous of seeking admission in the English Medium Colleges will have to appear for ELCT along with MAH B.Ed. CET and give the option for ELCT while filling in the online Application form. Such requests will not be entertained in the future.

    Age Criteria: There is no upper age limit for admission to MAH B.Ed. CET Examination in the Academic Year 2024-24. The age will be considered as of July 1, 2024.

    B.Ed Specialization: Applicants applying for MAH B.Ed CET must have completed their bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in the specific disciplines they want to go for. In simple words, the applicant who wants their teaching subject as Commerce, must have done B.Com or M.Com.

          The admit card for MAH B.Ed CET 2024 will be available for download online only. The admit card will also be sent to the candidate through Email/SMS. Registration Number and Date of Birth will be required to download the admit card. The candidate must not forget to bring the admit card to the exam centre.

              MAH B.Ed CET Results

              State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will release the result for MAH B.Ed CET on the official website. Applicants need to enter their login credentials on the portal for getting the results. The candidates will be able to get their name, registration number, roll number and mark out of 100 in the exam. The result will be made available online only.


              MAH B.Ed CET Counselling

              After the declaration of MAH B.Ed CET results, the SCETC will release a merit list based on the marks obtained by the candidates in MAH B.Ed CET. Candidates awaiting their results will also get provisional admission to the college. Selected students need to visit the college for document verification. The documents include class X mark sheet and certificate, class XII mark sheet and certificate, migration certificate, health certificate, etc.
