Roles & Responsibilities

Wecraft Interactive is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the HR team in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Help facilitate employee relations activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
Support the HR team in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and perks, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.
Assist with the coordination of performance management processes, including setting up performance reviews and maintaining performance evaluation records.
Support the HR team in handling employee queries and concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist with various administrative tasks within the HR department as required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
