Responsibilities of an Intern:
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
Support data collection, validation, and entry processes.
Assist in generating HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
Collaborate with HR team members to analyze data and identify trends or insights.
Contribute to the improvement of data quality and integrity.
Assist in ad-hoc HR data-related projects as required.
Support in creating visualizations and dashboards to present insights from data.
Contribute to the documentation of analysis methodologies and findings.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
