Only candidates who meet the 2024 qualifying criteria of the FTII JET can submit an application to programs offered by the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI) and the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII). Applicants must fill out the FTII JET 2024 registration form for admission and send it before the closing date. The filling and submission process for the FTII JET Registration Form 2024 is entirely online. In the first week of February, the university will publish the FTII JET 2024 admit card on the university’s website.
Applicants can use their login credentials to access the FTII JET Admit Card 2024. The entrance exam for the FTII JET 2024 will be carried out in offline mode. In online mode, the university will reveal the timeline for the 2024 FTII JET entrance exam. The outcome of the FTII JET will be published after the start of the entrance exam. In the second week of july, the university will publish the FTII JET 2024 application form in online mode. The final date for the submission of the FTII JET 2024 registration form has not yet been released. Applicants must enroll themselves on the admission portal before they fill in the FTII JET 2024 application form. Direction & Screen Play Writing, Electronic Cinematography, & Video Editing Acting: In order to be eligible, applicants must have a qualified bachelor’s degree from any recognized board or university.
Sound Recording & Television Engineering: Applicants must have qualified for a 12th-level exam with Physics as a compulsory subject.
Art Direction & Production Design: Applicants must have a qualified Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Applied Arts, Sculpture, Architecture, Painting, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or an equivalent diploma.
Note: Applicants who have finished their college but are awaiting their outcome may also apply for FTII JET 2024. That being said, such applicants have to provide the passing certificate from the Head/Registrar of the University/Institution confirming that they have finished all the requirements and policies to acquire the graduation degree in order to obtain enrollment after qualifying for the examination.

Applicants must formulate a strategy while making preparations for FTII JET 2024, which will improve their likelihood of qualifying for the test. To boost their planning and efficiency in the exam, students can check the steps written below.
The JET Examination Admit Card will be published on the official website. The call letter or hall ticket will not be delivered by mail to anyone. It will be published in the month of February on the official site.
The FTII JET Admit Card contains details such as the applicant’s name, examination center, and other guidelines. All applicants should bring the admit card to the test center and nobody will be permitted within the exam hall without it. A photo identities proof such as Aadhar Card or Pan Card must be carried together with the hall ticket.
No applicant will obtain any admit card via post or courier in offline mode. All information such as exam location, exam timetable, name of the applicant, exam guidelines, and much more about the exam will be included in the admit card. Applicants are recommended to follow all of the directions provided on the admit card.
In order to qualify for enrollment to the PG programs offered by SRFTI and FTII, the FTII JET 2024 cut off is the lowest possible mark that applicants must secure. The 2024 cut-off FTII JET is made on the basis of the scores awarded to the applicants in the exam. Only applicants with a score equal to or greater than the FTII JET 2024 cut-off are able to participate in any further admission procedures. After the start of the entrance exam, the university will publish the FTII JET 2024 outcome in online mode. Applicants can use their login details to know the outcome of the FTII JET 2024. Together with the FTII JET 2024 outcome, the university will also publish the scorecard. After declaring the result of FTII JET 2024, a list of selected students for the second stage of the process will be published by the university.
A call letter will be received by the selected applicants to participate in the second level of the process, i.e. orientation and interview. FTII JET Counselling at the designated center will be organized. Following the successful qualification of the exam, counseling will be organized. Participation in the counseling session will be compulsory for all qualified applicants.
A part of counselling will be a personal interview & orientation. Just before the interview & auditions, there will be a medical test. It will be compulsory to clear up all counseling rounds in order to further participate in the enrollment process.
Eligible candidates must go through a medical test after clearing the orientation and interview. A medical officer will be appointed by the university to be accountable for operating the medical tests on applicants. If the medical test is not cleared by an applicant, they will be regarded as ineligible for enrollment.
Applicants must display their original documents and submit certified copies of their documents while participating in the FTII JET 2024 selection process. Once all enrollment procedures have been finished, applicants must provide their actual degree certificate and mark sheet for all the semesters.
