- UPCATET Application Form can be submitted both online as well as offline.
- Application forms will be available in the month of February 2022 on the official website.
- The application fee can be paid online as well as offline.
- The application fee is different for general and backward categories.
- Candidates will have the option to choose an exam centre of their preference.
- Details in the form cannot be edited once submitted, hence form should be filled carefully.
How to fill the UPCATET 2022 Application Form
Online:
- Candidates can find the application form on the official website for UPCATET 2022 i.e. upcatet.org or www.svbpmeerut.ac.in.
- Candidate must register with a valid email id, then fill in various personal and educational details such as name, date of birth, place of residence, class 10th and 12th results etc.
- The candidate will also have to choose the paper for which he/she is giving the entrance exam and the choice of the exam centre.
- After successfully filling in details, the candidate will be required to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature.
- After filling in all the correct information, the candidate can submit the form online with application fee which can either be paid via online mode through debit card/ credit card/ net banking, or offline mode using e-challan.

Offline:
- Candidate can either download the application form from the online portal and submit it via post or purchase the application form from the affiliated universities.
- The candidate will have to fill in all the personal and educational details, and attach all necessary documents along with their passport size photographs.
