TSCHE (Telangana State Council for Higher Education) prepares the TS EAMCET 2023 exam pattern. The applicants willing to appear for the entrance must check and understand the exam pattern in a detailed manner. TS EAMCET Exam Pattern (Engineering):
- Date of Exam: The exam will be conducted from July 2023.
- Number of Questions: There is a total of 160 questions available in the entrance exam.
- Question Paper Type: The exam has Objective Type Questions. There will be four options available for each question, and the candidates have to select the right option.
- Course: The exam is conducted for admission in engineering courses.
- Session: The exam is conducted in two sessions that is morning (9 AM to 12 PM) & afternoon (3 PM to 6 PM).
- Subjects: There will be a total of 80 questions asked from Mathematics, and 40 questions each asked from Physics and Chemistry.
- Exam Duration: The time limit of the exam will be 3 hours.
- The medium of Language: The question paper will be asked in three languages such as Telugu, English, and Urdu.
- Exam Mode: TS EAMCET 2023 is a Computer Based Test and will be held via online mode
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be added for each right response
- Negative Marking: This exam has no negative marking.

TS EAMCET Syllabus 2023
TS EAMCET examination syllabus is designed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The syllabus comprises topics of classes 11 and 12 topics from the subject such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Students need to download the syllabus in pdf format and prepare for the exam. TS EAMCET Online Test Instructions
Students must follow some instructions and guidelines on the exam day of the TS EAMCET entrance exam. This will help them in understanding the way to attempt the computer-based tests in a proper manner. Check TS EAMCET 2023 Result. We have shared instructions related to the online tests in the below-given points:
- The candidates must contact the examination center at least two hours before the specified time.
- The applicants must note that they will not be allowed to appear for the exam if they arrive even a minute late than the allotted time at the examination center.
- The candidates need to carry the printed copy of the filled application form and TS EAMCET Hall Ticket to the examination center for verification purposes. Without the application form and hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam.
- The candidate needs to get the biometrics which is a photograph and fingerprint done before appearing in the examination hall.
- The applicants need to log in to the exam test portal by entering the login ID as mentioned in the TS EAMCET Admit Card.
- Students will receive the password to log in to the portal 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination by the invigilator.
- The candidates also have the option to change exam language (English/ Telugu) available in the login page dropdown menu.

TS EAMCET Exam Pattern 2023 FAQ’S
TS EAMCET exam is available in online mode as it is a Computer-Based (CBT). The candidates need to mark the answers in online mode.
The total time limit of the TS EAMCET exam is of three hours. The candidates need to report to the exam center one hour prior to the given time.
Yes. Candidates can switch in between the questions or sections whichever they are willing to attempt first in the exam.
There is a total of 160 marks available in the TS EAMCET exam. There will be a total of 80 questions asked from Mathematics, and 40 questions each asked from Physics and Chemistry. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to pass the examination. The TS EAMCET CBT qualifying percentage will 25%, i.e. 40 out of 160.
Only the number of questions answered by the candidates is visible to them. However, they can calculate the tentative marks via a response sheet.
There will be no negative marking for incorrect responses in the TS EAMCET exam. There will no deduction of marks for incorrect attempts or questions that are unattempted.
