SCERT Chandigarh D.El.Ed. 2024 Admission Form

The application form will be filled in online mode. Students are advised to fill out the application form very carefully as per the instructions given on the Online Application Portal. If you have filled something wrong in the application form by mistake then you don’t have to worry about it because you will able to modify the information before the last date of submission of the application form.

How to Fill Out Application Form?

• First, go to the official website of SCERT Chandigarh.
• Open the Application/ Registration section.
• Fill all the required details carefully such as – Name, Date of Birth, Marks, Category, Parent’s name, Communication Address, etc.
• Candidates are instructed to fill the Pool and Category carefully and at the same time do upload valid supporting documents. A candidate cannot claim the seats in their belonging category if he/ she has not been marked on the specific category.
• Do upload the scanned passport-size photograph, Signature, and Certificates/ Testimonials at the same time.

Documents to be Uploaded-

You have to upload the following scanned documents with the application form.

• Matriculation Marksheet/ Certificate (as proof of date of birth).
• University / Board DMC for the lower examination
• Character certificate from a Gazetted Officer from the institution last attended (in case of private candidates).
• SC/ ST/ PwD/ Sports/ Defence/ Freedom Fighter’s Ward certificate (if required).
• Gap year certificate  (if required).
• Equivalent qualifying examination certificate issued by Punjab University (Wherever required).

All these documents should be uploaded in pdf format only and size should not exceed 200 kb.

• Scanned Passport size photo.
• Scanned signature of the applicant.
• Scanned signature of applicant’s Parent/ Guardian.
