OUAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Applicant should be an Indian citizen.
Age Limit
- Applicant must complete 17 years of age by Dec. 31, 2023 (Born on or before Dec. 31, 2003)
Academic Qualification
- Each UG program requires an applicant to have a minimum of 50% in aggregate.
- For SC/ ST/ PH candidates it is 40%.

OUAT 2023 Application Form
- The application form for OUAT 2023 is open for candidates to fill in online mode.
- On February 2023, the UG Courses Application Form will be released.
- Candidates must visit the official www.ouat.nic.in website.
- Applications for candidates can be filled out until the 1st week of April 2023 Extended.
- Please note that filling out the application form will require uploading of Aadhaar card details.
- In addition, applicants will also need to upload scanned images of colored photographs and full signatures of passport size.
- You will receive your login ID, password, and application number via email or SMS once the form has been submitted.
- There will be no requirement to send the application’s hard copy to the university.
OUAT 2023 Application Fee
- OUAT Application Fee 2023 As of last year, the application fee for PG courses will be Rs. 1400/-and for UG courses Rs. 1500/-.
- Using debit / credit card and net banking, the fees would be payable.
- Students can also use the Common Service Center (Jana Seva Kendra) to pay the fee in cash.
OUAT 2023 Exam Pattern
In this section, we will talk about the exam pattern of OUAT 2023 entrance exam.
Subjects Covered: The questionnaire will consist of topics such as physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology. Candidates need to answer either the “Mathematics / Biology” question
Question type: The questions will be objective type.
Maximum Marks: The entrance exam will be of 200 marks. For the PG and Ph.D. courses, the exam will consist of 100 marks, including 40 questions of objective type and 60 questions with a short answer. Viva-voce will be conducted additionally for candidates of Ph.D.
Medium: The exam environment will be in English only.
Exam duration: The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
Marking Scheme: One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: There will be no provision of negative marking.

OUAT 2023 Syllabus
- The question paper will have questions of 10 + 2 standards for UG courses.
- Candidates must prepare subjects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology according to their 12th program.
- The curriculum for PG courses encompasses a course taught at the bachelor’s level.
OUAT 2023 Admit Card
- Eligible candidates can upload their Form-A-cum-admit card from the official website of the University.
- A confirmation card will be available in the first week of May 2023.
- On the day of the exam, candidates must present identity proof, a copy of the electronic mailing together with the admit card.
- The PG and the Ph.D. card can be obtained by contacting the Director one day before the exam.
