How to Apply for OJEE 2024?

The application form of OJEE 2024 is released online on its official website through online mode, no other mode of application will be applicable. The entire procedure of OJEE form filling is given below:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website: “ojee.nic.in”
  • Step 2: After visiting the website, on the homepage section find and click on the “Registration” tab.
  • Step 3: After opening the registration form, candidates will require to fill in some basic required details as needed. After filling the registration form click on submit button to complete your registration.
  • Step 4: Now after filling the registration form you will receive credential details on your registered mobile no. and mail id.
  • Step 5: Now go to the application form and after “Login” input necessary details such as Your name, Father’s name, contact details and educational qualification academic details, permanent address. After entering all the required details, upload documents as per the requirement.
  • Step 6: After uploading the documents, candidates will have to pay the application fee to complete the application process.
  • Step 7: In the last, candidates will have to print the confirmation page of the application form and fee receipt for the same and then keep it safe for further references.

Note: For all candidates, it should be noted that one candidate can apply for one course at one time only. It’s very important to check that the name of the form twice. Before the final submission of the application form, candidates will have to cross-check the filled details.

Uploading Scanned Image:

After filling the application form, the most crucial part is to upload the document. Candidates will have to upload their documents as required and per the prescribed format. All the required documents will have to be uploaded in one go only. Following are the details, required for the document specification.

  • The format of the documents should be in JPG format.
  • The photograph’s size of the candidates should lie between 4KB- 100KB (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
  • The Thumb Impression’s size of the candidates should lie between 1KB- 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).
  • The Signature’s size of the candidates should lie between 1KB – 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

Registration Fee

The application of OJEE 2024 can be paid using both modes online as well offline. Candidates can use Debit/ Credit card/ Internet Banking for an online mode of payment while candidates can pay the application fee through e-challan by deposit the fee in the nearest branch of State Bank of India.

OJEE 2024 Application Form Correction

Those candidates who have filled the OJEE application form but upload the incorrect details and now want to make changes then they can apply for change once the application form correction window will open.

Once the application form correction window will open then the candidates can make changes within the limited time period. OJEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should check all the required eligibility criteria before going to apply for OJEE 2024. The eligibility criteria for OJEE is different for different courses. So candidates will have to check the eligibility for the respective course to which they want to apply for.

The eligibility criteria for all the courses offered through OJEE are given below, candidates should read out the following section of eligibility.

Nationality:

  • The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
  • Candidates from states other than Odisha can apply for the OJEE 2024 but the merit list for such applicants will be released separately.

For B.Tech (LE)/ B.Plan:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have acquired class 12th / or having 3 years of diploma (2 years in case of the lateral diploma) with a minimum of 45 % marks from a recognized board.
  • Qualifying Marks & Subjects: Candidates should have acquired a minimum of 45% marks for General category candidates (40% for SC/ST). The candidates should have studied Physics & Maths as mandatory subjects and anyone from either of Biology/ Biotech/ Chemistry/ CS/ Geology/ Statistics/ Vocational, etc.

For B. Pharm:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have acquired class 12th from a recognized board. Note that the candidates who have completed class 12th from any open board can not apply for OJEE.
  • Qualifying Subjects: The candidates should have studied Physics & Chemistry as mandatory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology.
  • Age Limit: Candidates of any age group can apply for the OJEE.

For MBA:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates who have acquired or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree/ acquired or pursuing a bachelor’s in Engineering/ Pharmacy/ Architecture/ Technology with a minimum of 50% marks for General category candidates (45% in case of ST/SC) from a recognized university.
  • Age Limit: Candidates of any age group can apply as there is no age limit prescribed by the authority.

For M. Tech/ M. Arch/ M. Pharm:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have acquired Bachelors’s degree in B. Tech./ B. Plan./B. Arch., etc or its equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) from a recognized Institute/ University.
  • Age Limit: Candidates of any age group can apply as there is no age limit prescribed by the authority.

OJEE 2024 Counselling

Tentatively the counseling session for the OJEE 2024 will be held from the 2nd week of May 2024 in online mode. Candidates can check the complete details for the OJEE counseling process by visiting the official website. Only shortlisted candidates whose names will be on the final merit list will be able to take part in the OJEE 2024 counseling process. Candidates will have to carry all the supported and necessary documents at the time of counseling. OJEE 2024 Counselling Procedure

  • Step 1: Registration: Candidates, first have to register themselves for counseling by entering details such as mobile no., email id, address, and bank details, etc. After filling in the details, they will have to make a strong password. After following this process, a registration slip of counseling will display, candidates, are required to take a printout of it for future references.
  • Step 2: Payment of counseling Fee: Candidates will have to pay the counseling fee in the online mode of Rs. 450/.
  • Step 3: Choice Filling: In this step candidates will require to fill the choices for desired courses and colleges. It is recommended that candidates will have to lock a maximum no. of options to ensure the allotment of seat in desired colleges and courses.
  • Step 4: Seat Allotment: After filling in the choices, the seat allotment process will be done.
  • Step 5: Payment of University Registration Fee: Those candidates who will get satisfied with the allotment of seat, have to pay INR 10,000 in online mode for the Unreserved category candidates (and INR 5,000/- for Reserved category candidates) to the University.
  • Step 6: Document Verification: After the fee payment, candidates have to appear on the allotted center for DV (Document Verification).

To appear for the Seat Allotment Process of OJEE 2024, candidates first have registered themselves by paying the required fee on the official website. At the time of seat allotment, candidates can claim for the reservation as per their category.
