If you wish to apply for admission into JVWU then you first have to clear the JNE Exam. JNEE 2023 Application Form

The application form of JNEE 2023 can be filled in both modes online and offline. To apply for JNEE 2023, you have to visit the official website of the university i.e. jvwu.ac.in. It is noticeable that the candidates can apply for only 1 or more programs by presenting a separate JNEE Application/ Registration form along with the JNEE Application/ Registration Fee.

Online Registration Form

To apply online for JNEE 2023, candidates have to visit the official website. Then they have to enter all the necessary details such as Personal details, Admission details, Education detail, Scholarship detail, Attachment detail, etc as shown below.

  • Step 1: Open the website jvwu.ac.in. After opening the website, candidates have to click on the “Apply for Admission Registration 2023” link.
  • Step 2: Now candidates have to register themselves, by providing the active and valid mail id & your personal contact number because, after the registration, you will get login credential details on this email id, and contact no.
  • Step 3: Using this login credential, you have to log in and then have to select the admission mode named “Through entrance exam”.
  • Step 4: Fill in all the necessary informations in the application form such as Personal & Academic details, precisely.
  • Step 5: Now, candidates have to pay the JNEE application fee via online/ offline mode using Debit/ Credit Card/Net Banking/ DD (INR 1050/-)/ Cash. Note that the application form will not acceptable without paying the registration fee.

Offline Registration Form

Candidates who cannot fill the application form in online mode can fill it in offline mode. The interested candidate who wants to fill the application form in offline mode can download the application form and get a printout of it. Then they have to fill the application form with all the correct details and then send the duly filled & signed JNEE application form along with the required documents & registration form Fee. The registration fee can be paid via Demand Draft in favor of JVWU at University Campus Address at Jaipur through Speed post.

Application Fee

The application/ registration fee of JNEE is different for different programs as shown below:

  • Rs. 1000/- for Regular programs
  • Rs. 3000/- for Research programs 

Note: For all possible modes of admission (Management/ Direct/ Entrance cum scholarship/NRI Quota/ Scholarship) candidates will have to submit the different Registration forms at a time by paying the separate registration fee for each mode.


JNEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification for UG: All the female candidates who want to take admission in UG program/s must have completed class XII or equivalent, in the relevant stream with at least 55% marks for general category (50% for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized board.
  • Education for PG: All the female candidates who want to take admission in PG program/s must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent (10+2+3/4/5) in the relevant stream with at least 55% marks for the general category (50% for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized university/ institute.
  • Education for Ph.D.: All the female candidates who want to take admission in the Ph.D. program must have passed Master’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3/4/5) in the relevant stream with at least 55% marks for the general category (50% for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognized university/ institute.
  • Age Limit: To apply for JNEE 2023, no upper age limit has been set by the exam conducting authority. So candidates of any age group can apply for this exam.
  • Domicile: The candidates are domicile of Ajmer, Sikar, and Jaipur, district only can pretend for the “day boarder” reservations. The Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University has reserved 10 to 30 % seats in each program for day boarders.

JNEE 2023 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: The Joint National Entrance Exam for 2023 will be conducted in Online mode on June 7, 2023, i.e. it is a Computer-based Test (CBT).
  • Question Type: The type of questions in the exam paper will be Objective i.e. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Exam Duration: Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the paper.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be given for every correct response while no negative marking will be there for an incorrect response.
  • Medium: The medium of the question paper will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi.

JNEE 2023 Syllabus

The JNE exam will consist of 100 MCQs and the syllabus of JNEE will be different based on programs/discipline chosen by the applicants:

JNEE 2023 Preparation Tips

To crack the JNEE 2023, it is very important to follow a well-structured plan, here we are going to share some tips of preparation that might help you in your preparation.

  1. First of all, go through the JNEE syllabus for the desired program, and cover the syllabus accordingly.
  2. Always make a short note after covering the important topics. Making short notes will be useful in revision.
  3. After completing the JNEE syllabus for a particular program, give sectional wise mock test and quizzes.
  4. You can start with a free mock test, and then you can buy a paid mock test for the rest of the preparation time.
  5. In starting, try to give a mock per week then increase this no. to 2 mock test per week.
  6. Now you have to attempt the full length mock test and previous year papers.
  7. Note that revision is the most important key to clear any exam so revise all the stuff on daily basis.

JNEE 2023 Admit Card

The JNEE 2023 admit card will be published online on the official website of JVW University. Candidates will have to check the details carefully written on the admit card. The admit card will be issued by the university so only those candidates can appear for the exam who will in possession to receive the JNEE admit card. All the candidates are instructed to preserve their JNEE admit card safe for future references till the end of the admission process.

Note:

  • The photo printed on the admit card should be clear and visible. It is advised to the candidates to carry the colored admit card printed on an A4 size sheet.
  • It is strongly recommended to the candidates to read the instructions written on the admit card and follow them during the examination process at the exam center.

JNEE 2023 Result

The result of JNEE 2023 will be declared by the official authorities of JVWU (Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University) on its official website in online mode. All those candidates who have written the exam can check their result by visiting the official portal. Candidates will be able to download their results by providng the JNEE Application/ Registration Number, and Password.

How to check Result & Download Score Card

  1. First of all, open the concerned official website.
  2. Now, candidates have to click on the JNEE 2023 Scorecard link, appearing on the homepage.
  3. To download the JNEE result, candidates have to enter their Roll no., and Password.
  4. The scorecard/ result of JNEE 2023 will be available in pdf format.
  5. After downloading the JNEE scorecard/result you can check your obtained score.
  6. After downloading it, candidates will have to take a printout of it for future references.

JNEE 2023 Counseling

  • Counseling: All those candidates who will qualify for the JNEE 2023 will have to appear for counseling process. The counseling date for JVWU admission will be informed to candidates through email.
  • The counseling session will be processed offline so candidates will have to appear at the JVW university campus in Vedaant Gyan Valley.
  • Documents: During the counseling, the candidate will have to carry the original as well a 2 self-attested copies of all the required documents for verification purposes.

  • Course Fee: The seat allotment will be processed based on the merit and availability of subjects by the Admission Committee. After the seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the course fee on the spot via Demand Draft/ Cash/ Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking. University has made a partnership with the SBB (State Bank of Bikaner) to access education loans easily.
  • Candidates should be noted that the seat allotment will be considered as final after the complete deposit of the fee. If a candidate will not deposit the fee on the spot then her seat allotment will cancel and the same seat will be offered to the candidates just next in the JNEE merit list.

JNEE 2023 Scholarships

The JVWU University offers some financial support to its students belonging from the different State of the country. This indicates the commitment of the University to assure that worthy candidates will be financially helped, wherever essential, to empower them to proceed with their learning. University will help all its students concerning filling up the scholarship form as per the eligibility of students and also help them to forward it to the concerned authority. The scholarship price shall be disbursed to the students by the concerned department/ agency. From past previous years, many students had received scholarships amount from several government agencies such as DMA (Department of Minority Affairs), AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education), Department of Social Justice & Empowerment of all Indians states, etc. Students will also receive fellowships from several authorities.
