Details of JEE Main 2022 Physics Pattern
Time Duration: It will take three hours to finish all three sections—Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The total time allotted for candidates with a 40% disability is 4 hours.
Nature of Questions: There will be two different types of questions in the JEE Main Physics paper. MCQs are the first type, and non-MCQ or numeric value questions are the second.
Total Number of Questions: JEE Main 2022 will have a total of 30 questions, with 30 questions from each section. Marking Scheme: The following marking scheme will be used +4 Marks will be given for each correct response to an MCQ or a numeric value question.
Negative Marking: For each incorrect response, one mark is subtracted; however, there is no negative marking for answers with numeric values.
Language of Paper: Gujarati, Hindi, and English are all used in the paper. Candidates may choose between Hindi or English question papers. All candidates will have access to this option. Gujarati is one of the additional language choices, but it is only open to applicants from Gujarat, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Total Marks: The JEE Main 2022 B.Tech paper has a 300-point maximum and a 100-point maximum for the Physics section.

Type of Questions Asked in JEE Main Physics
