IIFT MBA (IB) Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has set criteria for applying to the IIFT MBA (IB) 2022 entrance exam.

Only the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can apply for the IIFT MBA (IB) 2022 entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for Indians (General/ SC/ST/OBC/PH)

Qualification The applicant should have a minimum three-year graduation degree from any recognised institute/college in any field.
Candidates in their final year are also eligible to apply, they will have to provide the required academic proof like a certificate of the current semester.
Age Limit The institute has not set an age limit for candidates to apply for the IIFT entrance exam.
Minimum Qualifying Marks 50% marks in Graduation (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals/NRI

Age Limit

The Foreign Nationals/NRI applicant are required to provide a valid GMAT score in order to apply for the IIFT exam.
The GMAT score of the candidates should not be older than January 1, 2021.
NRI-sponsored students are not considered under this category.
As of December 31, 2021, the applicant must be (should be) resident outside of India for a period of at least 18 months and be outside of India during the IILF Exam period in order to qualify as international.
Indian nationals living, working, studying abroad should produce with a certificate from the Embassy, High Commission and Indian Consulate of the country where the candidate is currently based. at least 18 months as of December 31, 2021.
Foreign nationals applying for the exam need to have a valid passport/travel document from a country other than India. Foreign nationals who are present in India at the time of the IIFF entry test are required to take the same.
The candidate must produce the GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test) which must be received by the Institute no later than February 15, 2022.
If the candidate has taken part in an MBA entrance exam for that year in India (2020), such as CAT / XAT / IIFT, etc., he/she cannot apply.
Transcripts of all university degrees must be submitted with the application.

Notes or notes can be self-reported.

Originals must be produced at the time of admission.

IIFT 2022 Reservation Criteria

  • Through IIFT, IIFT Campuses overall seats 360 will be filled, of which Delhi Campus will occupy 220 seats and Kolkata Campus will occupy 140 seats.
  • Of the total sanctioned seats, some seats are kept for applicants belonging to minority groups or particular sorts.
  • It is imperative for the contenders to be familiar with the reservation policy, in case they are entitled and wish to get off its benefits.
