The following points are mentioned in the Exam Pattern that the students must consider while appearing for the exam.
GGSIPU conducts the IPU CET 2024 admission to many UG engineering courses available at the participating universities/institutes/colleges on several dates according to the different courses.
There will be a total of 150 minutes or 2 hours and 30 minutes allotted in the entrance exam.
The questions asked in the exam are of objective type and there four options assigned for each question and the applicants need to select and mark the correct answer in the OMR Sheet.
The Question papers comprise General Knowledge for few courses such as MBA, B.Ed, L.LB, etc. But it is considered a compulsory section.
There is an allotment of 4 marks for each right answer and a deduction of 1 mark for every wrong answer.
No. Electronic devices are restricted in the exam hall therefore the applicants cannot carry them. The candidates will get an on-screen calculator to solve the questions.
The question paper asked in IPU CET is of English language for all the programs except B.Ed. The B.Ed question paper is available in Hindi as well.
