It is expected that the CUSAT CAT application form will be released tentatively in March 2023. Applicants are required to access the online application form from CUSAT official website and have to submit it before the last date of submission. Step 1- Registration: This is the initial step to apply for CUSAT CAT. By providing some basic details such as Name, active mobile/ phone number, valid email ID, and other information as per requirement at registration time, applicants can register themselves online.

Once candidates have entered all the details, they will have to click on the submit button to successfully submission of the registration form. After the successful registration, you will get information regarding the completion of registration on your registered mobile number & email address.

Step 2- Filling the Detailed Application Form: After completion of registration, applicants will have to provide the details in the application form such as the Candidate’s details, Parent Details, Communication Address, Educational qualification, and several required details.

Step 3- Uploading Images/Documents: Applicants will have to upload their scanned copy of signature and recent passport size color photograph. Applicants pertaining to the reserved category will need to upload their category certificate as proof which is issued by any accountable authority. The format of the scanned copies of documents such as signature, photo, and certificates must be as per the suggested specifications produced by the university.

Step 4- Course Selection: At this step, applicants will have to choose the course for which they want to enroll. Once the course will be chosen then no changes will be altered, so select the course very carefully.

Step 5- Payment of Application Fees: After completing the above steps, applicants will have to pay the required application fee in order to successfully submission of application form of CUSAT CAT 2023. You can pay the application fee in online mode using options such as credit card/debit card or net banking.

Step 6- Selection of Exam City: Now applicants will have to choose the desired exam city in which they want to appear for the CUSAT CAT. Applicants are suggested to choose the nearest exam cities to their local residence to avoid traveling before the exam.

Step 7 – Final Submission of Form: After performing all the above stages, the application form of CUSAT CAT will be submitted automatically. Applicants are recommended to download the filled CUSAT CAT application form and take a hard copy of it and preserve it till the admission date.

CUSAT CAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

It is important for all to satisfy all the eligibility criteria in order to take admission into the desired institutes. If someone fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria then he/she is likely to get excluded from the admission procedure. The eligibility requirement for each course is different.

B.A.LLB (Hons.)/ B.Com LLB (Hons.):

• Qualification: Applicants should pass the class XIIth with a minimum of  60% marks (55% marks for arts/commerce) from any recognized board/ institute.

B.Tech with Integrated M.sc:

• Qualification: Applicants should pass the class XIIth with a minimum of an aggregate of 50% marks and 50% marks in mathematics subjects from any recognized board/ institute.

B.Tech Marine Engineering:

• Qualification: Applicants should pass the class XIIth with a minimum of an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 50% marks in mathematics subjects from any recognized board/ institute.

LLM Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of an aggregate of  45% marks from any recognized university/ institute.

CUSAT CAT 2023 Answer Key

The official authorities of the CUSAT generally do not publish the answer key. But, however, if released, then it is assumed that it will be published by the 2nd week of April 2023.
