CMAT 2024 Result: The score obtained by the candidates in the form of percentile and the NTA score will be indicated in the CMAT 2024 results. To download the CMAT 2024 scorecard the candidates have to visit the official site and download it in online mode. This is because the authority will not send the scorecard to the candidates by post or other means.

Raw Score: First, the raw is calculated on the basis of the marking scheme.
Preparation of rank list: This raw score / total score is used for compilation of the CMAT 2024 merit list.

Once the CMAT result 2024 will be declared, the candidates will be eligible to apply for admissions in MBA programs that are being offered by those colleges that accept the CMAT score. As there is no Central counseling available for the CMAT so the candidates have to apply to the institutions individually. The majority of the colleges conduct Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) to shortlist candidates for admissions if they accept the CMAT score.
A minimum CMAT cut-off will be fixed by most of the colleges for shortlisting candidates for GD/PI round. Once they receive applications from the aspirants authorities shortlist them based on the CMAT score. Aspirants who cleared the cutoff are selected for the GD/PI round.
This GD round will be organized on the scheduled day at the institute campus in the batches of 8-10 candidates’ per group. The authorities will give a topic of debate to the aspirants and the moderators will hold them. While in the PI round candidates’ interview will be taken by the experts and professors individually. The criteria for the assessment are their confidence, knowledge, communication and problem solving skills.

The All-India merit list based on the scores obtained by the candidates will be released by the exam conducting authorities. Based on this result, a merit list will be prepared for the candidates. Then the participating institutions will declare their cut-off marks.
In April 2024, the merit lists will be published by the board which includes the state merit list and the all-India merit list. The name of the candidates, the rank of the candidates, and their scored marks will be mentioned in the merit lists.
