The Consortium of NLU will release the CLAT 2023 admit card in online mode on Dec 6, 2022. To download the admit card the candidates have to enter the mandatory details such as mobile number or application number and password or date of birth. The candidates will not be allowed to appear for the CLAT examination 2023 without the admit cards. The admit card will contain the necessary details such as reporting time, centre address, test date, exam instructions, etc.
The candidates have to log into their account by entering the registered mobile number and password to download their CLAT admit card 2023. It is considered as the hall ticket which allows the entry of the candidate in the examination centre because it shows the candidate’s details and centre name, exam date and time, etc. The candidates must carry a self-declaration form stating the medical status for the covid-19 pandemic, especially for this year.

CLAT 2023 Admit Card Dates
The CLAT admit card 2023 Can be downloaded from Nov/Dec 2022. The link will be valid till the exam date for the candidates. It is expected that the examination will be conducted on Dec 18, 2022, by the CLAT authority.

To download the admit card for CLAT 2023 the candidates can follow the given guidelines.

- Name – The name of the candidate who was registered for the CLAT application form will be appearing on the admit card as well.
- Date of Birth – The same date of birth of the candidate appears in this section which was mentioned during the filling of the application form. It is verified by the class 10th passing certificate or any other official certificate issued in the name of the candidate that contains the same date of birth.
- Roll Number – This is allotted by the CLAT committee to the applicants.
- Category applied under – The applicants belong to different categories such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), General (Gen.), Non Residents of India (NRI), Specially Abled Person (SAP) etc. They are required to fill in their respective category.
- Photo and Signature – The photograph of the candidate which he/ she uploaded as per the guidelines defined by the authorities at the time of applying for CLAT 2023. Candidates have to sign with the date of examination in the presence of the invigilator and needs to be the same as the specimen signature.

If the photograph and signature are not properly visible on the admit card then the candidates have to carry two printouts of the CLAT admit card 2023. How to Retrieve Password for CLAT 2023 Admit Card?
If the candidates face any problem while logging into their registered account or they have forgotten their password then they can follow the guidelines given below to recover their password
- Visiting the official site of CLAT
- Click ‘Forget Password’ located on the login window
- Enter the registered mobile number
- Click ‘Request OTP’ option
- Re-login to the site by entering the mandatory details such as mobile number, OTP and the new password

CLAT 2023 Hall Ticket Guidelines
- All the necessary belongings such as admit card, original photo ID, ballpoint pen, mask, gloves, hand sanitiser and water bottle must be carried by the candidates to the exam. Items other than the mentioned, will not be allowed in the exam.
- The candidates cannot change their exam centre once it is mentioned in the hall ticket that should be considered as the final centre.
- Identity verification of the candidates will be done at the gate of the exam centre. So the candidates must carry their admit card and photo ID proof. Inside the test center, the barcode will be scanned.
- In the presence of an invigilator in the candidates will sign the CLAT 2023 hall ticket.
- The candidates have to show and submit the duly filled and signed medical self-declaration form to the invigilator at the entrance.
- The candidates will be informed about the mapping of admit card number and hall number after they enter the venue.
- For PWD candidates the PWD certificate and letter of undertaking their Scribe must be submitted to the invigilator. They also have to provide the scribes with education qualification and identity proof to the invigilator.
Common Law Admission Test Other Instructions by CNLU
The general guidelines list has been imposed by the Consortium of National Law University which should be followed by every candidate
- It is a must for the applicants to reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the reporting time. After 15 minutes of the commencement of the test, they will not be permitted to enter the test centre.
- It is not allowed for the candidates to leave the exam hall during the test
- Any type of electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth devices, pen drives, etc are prohibited inside the examination hall.
- The applicants’ examination can be cancelled if found using any type of unfair means like malpractices, etc.
- The candidates will be provided with the rough sheet in the exam hall which is supposed to be returned in Dropbox after the examination. The candidates don’t need to bring their sheet/paper to the exam. The candidates have to write their hall ticket number on the paper.
- All the instructions given by the invigilator must be followed by the applicants. In case of any technical power system-related issue, the applicants must contact the invigilator at first. If the problem is unable to resolve then the applicant will be provided with a new computer system. The new system will resume from the same time at which the previous one was left.
- The applicants are responsible for their personal belongings and they must keep their personal belongings outside of the exam centre.
CLAT 2023 Admit Card FAQ’S
There are almost 40 exam centres allotted for the CLAT examination 2023. In case there are any changes in the exam venue or the number the applicants will be notified by the authorities for it.
