How to Fill AUCET 2023 Application Form?

The candidates can register for AUCET 2023 by visiting the official website of the university.

Before filling out the AUCET 2023 Application Form, we recommend the candidates have the following information ready:

  • Percentage of marks and year of the passing of a qualifying examination.
  • Hall-Ticket Number of Qualifying Examination.
  • Date of Birth as per SSC record.
  • Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status.
  • PH/ NCC/ NSS/ Sports/ CAP etc.
  • Parental income up to 1 lakh or up to two lakhs or more than two lakhs.
  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ ST/ BC candidates.
  • Scanned recent Digital color Photograph and Signature.

Step by Step Procedure to Apply for AUCET 2023

Step 1: Registration Form

  1. Visit the official website of Andhra University i.e. audoa.in.
  2. You will find an AUCET 2023 icon, click on it.
  3. Now click on the Registration Link for filling online AUCET 2023 application form.

Step 2: Fill in your Details

  1. Fill in your personal details like Name, Surname, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, State, Country, etc carefully.
  2. Click on the Register and Proceed option.
  3. Upload Passport Size Photograph and Signature. Photograph & Sign should be in “.jpg” format.
  4. Select the test center to write the exam.
  5. Enter the SSC Roll No, Month & Year of Passing.
  6. Now select the parent’s annual Income.
  7. Now select the special Reservation Category, first language, and second language.
  8. Enter period of study, Institution, and District from IX to Degree third year.
  9. Click on the Preview button.

Step 3: Application Form Submission

  1. Carefully review the application form and after reviewing, if you encounter any mistakes, you can click on the “Back-To Edit” button.
  2. Otherwise, click on Save & Print button.
  3. After successfully submitting the application form, you will receive a message on your mobile number with the message “Your Application is Submitted Successfully with Application Number”.
  4. Now finally take the printout of the application form for the payment process.

Step 4: Application Fees Payment

The last step is the payment of the fees, it is very important or else your application form will be rejected.

  1. If you will choose to Proceed to pay Online then you will have to wait for 2-3 hours.
  2. If you belong to the General category you will have to pay the application fees of amount INR 600/- whereas, if you belong to the reserved category you will have to pay application fees of the amount of INR 500/-.
  3. You can pay the application fees using any Bank Credit or Debit card or through Net Banking
  4. Enter the details and click on the Pay button for payment
  5. After successful payment of the application fees, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile number and also get an e-mail to your registered e-mail ID.
  6. Now you can download and take the printout of the application form for future purpose.

  • The candidates will get a chance to correct any mistakes once Andhra University opens the form correction window, which will start tentatively from March.
