The Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences is a three-year undergraduate program in Aquatic Science. The scientific study of all different life forms, i.e., the scientific study of living organs such as plants, animals, and humans, is referred to as “life sciences.”
The main subjects covered in this course are biochemistry, food science, biotechnology, bioinformatics, agronomy, plant biology, molecular biology, botany, zoology, and chemistry.
After completing a B.Sc. in Life Science, students can pursue a master’s degree in the field, followed by an M.Phil or PhD. Candidates can also enroll in an MBA or M.Sc. in Biotechnology program, or pursue clinical research.
Otherwise, graduates could work as pathologists, nutritionists, horticulturists, biomedical engineers, or food scientists in private and public laboratories and industries. They may also pursue a career as a teacher or conduct further research.
