The bachelor’s degree required to pursue teaching as a career in schools is known as a B.Ed. However, it is important to note that B.Ed, or Bachelor of Education, is not an undergraduate degree and that in order to pursue this course, one must have completed their graduation. B.Ed is a professional course, and students can get a job in a school setting after completing it. It should be noted, however, that those wishing to become senior secondary school teachers must first obtain a post-graduate degree before enrolling in the B.Ed program.

The following article covers all aspects of pursuing a Bachelors of Education (B. Ed.) degree, including the top B.Ed entrance exams, the syllabus covered, career opportunities and salary after completing a B.Ed degree, and so on.
